Ada Johanna OÜ, registry code 16451383 (hereinafter the Service Provider), and the customer who places an order in the Ada Johanna e-shop and identifies himself by entering his personal data in the order (hereinafter the Service User or customer) entered into this e-shop Usage Agreement (hereinafter the Usage Agreement).


1.1 The Ada Johanna e-shop (hereinafter the e-shop) is an online shop created by the Service provider through which Ada Johanna OÜ sells products to the customer.

General settings

2.1. The contracts’ parties are guided by the Law of Obligations Act, other laws, and legal acts of the Republic of Estonia, as well as what is agreed in the e-shop Usage Agreement when handling their relations.

2.2 The service provider has the right to change the offered e-shop service at any time.

2.3 The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the User Agreement without being obliged to notify the Service User in writing by e-mail.


3.1 The products displayed in the e-shop are usually in stock. The availability of products displayed in the online store may change due to technical problems.

3.2 If the product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled, the e-shop employee will contact the customer and offer a possible new delivery time or replacement of the product with an equivalent product of the same price and quality or a refund of the order total. The refund will be made immediately but no later than 14 days after placing the order.

3.3 The displayed product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product. Product descriptions in the online store may not be exhaustive and can contain unintentional errors.

3.4 The products offered in the e-shop are sold to both private persons and legal entities.

3.5 The service user selects the desired products and enters the data required to complete the order (surname, first name, contact phone number, e-mail address, delivery address) and pays for the products via the bank link of the online bank.

3.6 The customer undertakes to provide accurate data when completing the order, which is necessary to fulfill the order. The Service Provider is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the order due to incorrect data provided by the Service User or for any resulting consequences.

3.7 The sale occurs when the Service user has sent an order via the e-shop website and paid for the order.

3.8 You can pay with Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank bank links, and credit cards. Montonio Finance OÜ provides the payment methods.


4.1 All prices in the e-shop are in euros.

4.2 The service provider can change the prices displayed in the e-shop at any time. If prices have been changed in the e-store after the Service user has placed an order and paid for it, the Service provider undertakes to deliver the corresponding products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order. The customer does not have the right to demand compensation for the price difference.


5.1 The delivery fee is not applied to orders over 50 euros that Ada Johanna delivers to the SmartPost parcel machine.

5.2 The cost of transportation is added to the purchase price according to the delivery method chosen by the client: SmartPost parcel machine 2.50 euros, the cost of delivering goods by courier 4.90.

5.3 The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.

5.4 The e-shop is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the transport company on time, but the delivery delay is due to circumstances that the e-shop could not influence or foresee.


6.1 A 14-day right of return applies to goods purchased from the e-shop.

6.2 The product to be returned must be without defects, complete, in the original packaging, and unused.

6.3 To return the product, the client must submit a notice of withdrawal to the e-mail

6.4 When withdrawing from the contract, the consumer must return the purchased item immediately but no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal from the contract.

6.5 Upon return, the money will be refunded to the Service user without delay but no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

6.6 The money is transferred to the same settlement account from which the client made the payment.

6.7 The client undertakes to bear the costs of returning the goods in the amount of 5 euros unless the returned product does not correspond to the consumer’s order.

6.8 If, after returning the product, if it appears that it does not meet the conditions set out in clauses 6.1 – 6.4 of the E-store User Agreement, Seller will not return the money to the client, and the Service provider will keep the returned product. The costs related to storage or returning the product to the Service user are covered by the Service user.

If the goods include a flawed product or a wrongly sent product, the buyer has the right to return or exchange the product by agreement. To satisfy the claim, the buyer must inform the seller about the error within 1 working day after discovering the error and submit an examination of the product on which the claim is based. 7.1 Disagreements arising from the User Agreement of the e-store between the Service user and the Service provider will be resolved following the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. The parties will resolve the disagreement in Harju County Court if no agreement is reached.


8.1 It is mandatory for the client to read the terms and conditions stated in the user agreement.

8.2 When submitting an order, by ticking “I agree to the terms of use of the Ada Johanna e-shop” in the corresponding window, the Service user agrees that he has read the terms and conditions of the User Agreement, understands them and agrees to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement.


The client takes resposibility to carefully follow the instructions for use and safety requirements on the website and added to the goods. The e-shop is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the use of the product if the product is not used for its intended purpose, the client did not follow the instructions given by the manufacturer or e-shop, or the product was used after the expiration date.

Burning candles safely

  • Safety rules must always be followed carefully when using candles. Safety pictograms and instructions for use are also provided at the bottom of the candle glass.
  • When lighting and burning, the candle’s wick must be 0.5 cm long and clean of soot residues. If the candle gets soot or burns with an overly intense flame, the wick is too long or has residue from burning. Do not burn such a candle; it can be dangerous. Blow out the candle and cut the wick to size.
  • Do not burn the candle for more than 3 hours in a row. Before the subsequent burning, cut the wick to a length of 0.5 cm.
  • Place the burning candle on a heat-resistant base, away from flammable objects.
  • Be careful when moving a burning candle – the glass may be hot.
  • Keep the burning candle away from children and animals.
  • Avoid drafts near the candle.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended!
